summer camps

Summer camps will be offered at Rebel gym the follow weeks: july 7, july 14, july 21, july 28, august 11 and august 18

For Ages 5 - 13. Camp limit is 24 participants
 

Drop off is between 8:45-9 and pick up at 3:30. Please ensure your child comes with a lunch, snacks and water bottle. They’re going to be active and hungry! We will be utilizing our outdoor space, so please have them come with sunscreen on and bring a hat. A change of clothes/socks may be a good idea in the case of sweaty ninjas working hard, spills or accidents.
 

Our ultimate goal is to help create strong, capable and prepared individuals through obstacle and strength training programs and with Ninja School, students will work on specific skills that can get them crushing obstacle courses at an accelerated pace! Unlike our Seasonal Block Essentials Course which covers 6-10 weeks worth of training - Ninja School is about problem solving obstacles already set up in a course and coming up with an individualized approach to complete the course. With multiple opportunities to run the course, students will work to improve on their score each time. The class is then capped off with a strength training session and obstacle homework to improve strength, balance, coordination, agility, speed and power.
