NINJA

Move the way your body was built to move. Increase mobility, agility, flexibility, endurance, strength, speed, coordination, balance, and more! Our Ninja classes aren’t just fun—they are intended to improve all around fitness and health.

strength

Using the Strength and Conditioning Essentials program, you will develop athleticism through a novel combination of primal movements, power training, and speed training. Build lean muscle safely and effectively.

Bouldering

Climbing on shorter walls indoors and rocks outdoors without ropes. Routes on the wall are called problems – fitting- and they are graded on their difficulty depending on the moves necessary to complete the route.

Trying new things is scary—you don't have to be fearless—but we will support our athletes not to let fear stop them from trying.

Some days you'll make big jumps but most days it's hard to notice progress at all. By design every time you train with purpose, moving forward is inevitable.

Thank you for making Thessalon Public School’s grade 2/3 trip a memorable experience. All of our kids participated in the ‘Rebel Ninja’ training . The Rebel Obstacle gave our students a fun filled afternoon. They were all engaged and when they failed it didn’t matter, they were able to persevere because it was worth trying and trying again until they succeeded (or not).
